The property investment company Koteng Eiendom AS in Trondheim, Norway, chose MasterTop 1327-20dB for the refurbishment of the office rooms in its multipurpose building. “Since the building—and thus the floor—is from 1968, we had to deal with some challenges regarding the sound,” remembers Tom Haarsaker, manager of the flooring application company Minor Industriplast AS. The application plan was quite ambitious: 150 square meters of flooring had to be applied within five days. Since MasterTop 1327-20dB is a liquid-applied system, no cutting or gluing of rubber mats was necessary. This saved time and allowed the project to be completed as scheduled.
